This French city welcomes more than five million visitors from all over the world each year. Its busy pedestrian hyper-centre called for a solution that could manage bollard releases, requests for permission to enter the city centre and surveillance cameras.

For this project, we created a multilingual public website where hotel guests and delivery professionals could request access to the city centre using a form (name, phone number, license plate…etc.).

The operator then receives the requests and validates them. Then, a QR Code is automatically generated and sent to the applicant so they can access the city centre.
